Stocks are limited and will be allocated on a first come first served basis, only one copy per person.
If you are outside the UK there is a £5 charge for postage and packing.

However, there are still four places left on the manual handling train the trainer course being given away for Draw 1 with thanks to Paul Donaldson of Health Environment and Risk Training. This prize will be held in Scotland (dates and venue to be confirmed when all 6 places have been accepted by winners).
